Inkoopvoorwaarden

Artikel 1 – Toepasselijkheid
Deze voorwaarden gelden voor alle inkooptransacties tussen Face to Face Games Rotterdam B.V. en particuliere of zakelijke aanbieders.

Artikel 2 – Aanbieden van goederen
De aanbieder verklaart gerechtigd te zijn tot verkoop van de aangeboden goederen. Minderjarigen hebben toestemming van een ouder/voogd nodig.

Artikel 3 – Verzending en risico
Bij eigen verzending blijft het risico bij de aanbieder tot ontvangst door ons. Indien wij een verzendlabel of vervoerder aanwijzen, gaat het risico over bij afgifte aan die vervoerder.

Artikel 4 – Authenticiteit en vervalsingen
De aanbieder staat in voor echtheid en herkomst. Bij verdenking van vervalsing of diefstal kunnen wij goederen vasthouden voor onderzoek of vernietigen zonder vergoeding.

Artikel 5 – Inspectie en grading
Wij beoordelen ontvangen kaarten volgens gangbare gradingstandaarden (NM, EX, GD, LP, PL, PO). Indien de staat afwijkt, wordt de prijs herzien. Afgekeurde kaarten worden binnen 14 dagen retour gezonden; retourkosten zijn voor de aanbieder.

Artikel 6 – Betaling en eigendom
De eigendom gaat over na inspectie en betaling. Betaling volgt binnen 5 werkdagen na afronding van de inspectie.

Purchase Terms

Article 1 – Applicability
These terms apply to all purchase transactions between Face to Face Games Rotterdam B.V. and private or business sellers.

Article 2 – Offering goods
The seller declares to be authorized to sell the offered goods. Minors require consent from a parent or guardian.

Article 3 – Shipping and risk
When the seller ships on their own initiative, risk remains with the seller until receipt by us. If we provide a shipping label or carrier, the risk transfers upon handover to that carrier.

Article 4 – Authenticity and counterfeits
The seller guarantees authenticity and origin. In case of suspected counterfeits or stolen goods, we may withhold items for investigation or destroy them without payment.

Article 5 – Inspection and grading
All cards are graded according to standard grading scales (NM, EX, GD, LP, PL, PO). If the condition differs, the price is adjusted. Rejected cards are returned within 14 days; return costs are borne by the seller.

Article 6 – Payment and ownership
Ownership transfers after inspection and payment. Payment is made within 5 business days after completion of inspection.

Eventvoorwaarden

Artikel 1 – Toepasselijkheid
Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle evenementen die wij organiseren.

Artikel 2 – Inschrijving
Deelname is persoonlijk en niet overdraagbaar. Naamswijziging is toegestaan tot 4 uur voor de start van het evenement.

Artikel 3 – Geen herroepingsrecht
Voor evenementen met een specifieke datum of periode geldt geen wettelijk herroepingsrecht (art. 6:230p BW). Ons annuleringsbeleid is een extra service.

Artikel 4 – Annulering
Annuleren kan tot 24 uur voor aanvang van het event. Annuleren kan uitsluitend via e-mail en is geldig op het moment van ontvangst. Indien wij je plek kunnen herbezetten (bijvoorbeeld via een wachtlijst), restitueren wij het inschrijfgeld.

Artikel 5 – Gedrag en sancties
Deelnemers dienen zich te houden aan onze gedragsregels en de policies van uitgevers (zoals Wizards of the Coast). Wij hanteren een sanctieladder: waarschuwing – game loss – diskwalificatie – locatieverbod.

Artikel 6 – Aansprakelijkheid
Deelname geschiedt op eigen risico. Deze beperking laat dwingendrechtelijke rechten onverlet. Wij sluiten aansprakelijkheid niet uit voor overlijden of persoonlijk letsel, voor schade door opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid, of voor wettelijke product-/veiligheidsverplichtingen.

Event Terms

Article 1 – Applicability
These terms apply to all events we organize.

Article 2 – Registration
Participation is personal and non-transferable. Name changes are allowed up to 4 hours before the start of the event.

Article 3 – No right of withdrawal
For events with a specific date or period, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (Art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code). Our cancellation policy is an additional service.

Article 4 – Cancellation
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the event. Cancellation must be made by e-mail and is valid upon receipt. If we can reassign your spot (for example via a waiting list), the registration fee will be refunded.

Article 5 – Conduct and sanctions
Participants must comply with our behavior rules and the policies of publishers (such as Wizards of the Coast). We apply a sanction ladder: warning – game loss – disqualification – venue ban.

Article 6 – Liability
Participation is at your own risk. This limitation does not affect mandatory statutory rights. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury, for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or for statutory product/safety obligations.
