Toevoeging voor evenementen
Persoonsgegevens die worden verstrekt bij inschrijving voor evenementen gebruiken wij uitsluitend voor de organisatie en communicatie rond dat evenement. Deze gegevens worden niet voor andere doeleinden gebruikt zonder uw toestemming.

Rechtsgrond per doel
- Uitvoering overeenkomst: verwerking van buylisttransacties en evenementinschrijvingen.
- Wettelijke verplichting: fiscale bewaarplicht.
- Toestemming: marketingnieuwsbrieven (indien van toepassing).
- Gerechtvaardigd belang: fraudepreventie, interne administratie en cameratoezicht.

Bewaartermijnen
- Inkoop- en factuurgegevens: 7 jaar.
- Accounts: 2 jaar na laatste gebruik.
- Camerabeelden: maximaal 4 weken, tenzij langer nodig bij incidenten.
- Klantcommunicatie: 2 jaar.

Rechten van betrokkenen
U heeft recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid en bezwaar. Wij reageren binnen één maand.

- CCTV footage: up to 4 weeks, unless longer is required for incidents.
